tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man: No Way Home, recently announced that his Marvel co-star Elizabeth Olsen gave him some sound advice. In a recent interview with GQ, the young MCU superhero said: "Elizabeth Olsen was the one who taught me this. She gave me some fantastic advice: 'No' is a whole sentence. 'No' is sufficient."

Deepening his analysis of the advice and why it meant so much to him, the actor revealed that he is an "impossible people pleaser" who goes to great lengths to make others like him. While it's a great attribute, tom stated that it's not the best in his professional life, leading to burnout. The actor also described a time when he puked after a press conference.

"I has been under a great deal of pressure to complete the task for the day. That was the first time I said to myself, 'No, I'm done.' 'I've given it all to you.'" Holland has started to talk out for himself ever since. Holland also mentioned how he warned director Jon Watts that a sequence was "wrong," leading to the scene being rewritten and improved. In response to a similar hypothesis, the actor recently told Esquire that he refused to wear a wig during the making of the MCU film, which will be his sixth outing as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the MCU.
