Actually, the release of films in January-February and march is also at a peak. During this, three big festive weekends were seen being made. New Year, Republic Day and holi have a weekend in March.

Keeping these weekends in mind, the makers have fixed the release of films around. And the scale of the films that are being released is very big.

In january and february alone, about a dozen big films are being released in theatres. These films belong to big superstars. These include stars like Akshay Kumar, ajay Devgan, Kartik Aaryan, Ramcharan Teja, Prabhas, Jr NTR, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, and alia Bhatt.

There are also some multi-language films in this. Majorly rrr (January 7, Radhe Shyam (January 14), Prithviraj (January 21), Gangubai Kathiawadi (February 18), Jayeshbhai jordan (February 25), bachchan pandey (March 4), Shamshera (March 18) and Bhool Films like Bhulaiya Do (March 25) are included.

If the peak comes, then their effect will not be visible in the first three months, but there is a possibility that the whole year will be affected.

People still remember the lessons before this. Before the second wave this year, theatres had opened after the situation returned to normal by January. Some films like Roohi were also released.

The cases of the Omicron variant are around 21 or 22 in the country at present, but there is fear among people about its spread. If the third wave comes in the form of an Omicron variant, then once again the same dreadful effect of the epidemic will be seen which we have gone through in the second wave.

If the cases increase then there will be no other option but to close the cinema halls.
