Surya has said that telugu movies have shown the way in Pandemic.
Suriya is one of the top stars in South indian film industries. Though he predominantly acts in Tamil, the actor has a great connection with telugu audience as several of his previous movies have worked well. After two rousing success with Soorarai Potru and jai Bheem in OTT, Suriya is returning to theaters with Etharkum Thuninthavan.
The movie is scheduled for next week release. The team had a pre-release event yesterday at Hyderabad. Speaking at the event, Suriya said “The way you celebrate telugu films, even we, other industries, get confidence to make and release films”. He heaped praise on TFI for producing hit films like Akhanda, Pushpa, and bheemla nayak and watching them in theaters by celebrating the cinemas. He also added that “Chiru's blood bank has initially motivated me to start my NGO. Since chiru sir changed lakhs of mindsets, I have also decided to bring a change of at least 2 per cent in it. I was able to do this because you gave me the power and strength ”.
Priyanka Mohan has starred as the female lead while Soori, Satyraj and Saranya have played important roles in the movie. Vinay Rai plays the villain in the movie. Pandiraj has directed the movie with d imman helming the music department. Sun Pictures have produced the movie. The movie is getting released on march 10.
