While Tollywood's blockbuster films are getting mixed reviews these days, Bollywood's box office is so different that films like KGF2 and rrr are still doing well. And certain films have such a significant impact that other releases are unable to compete. Fortunately, no bollywood film has been able to break even at the box office in recent years.
Ranveer Singh's latest film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, was released the other day, and the trailer was quite spectacular. Then, as with numerous recent telugu films, just the trailer is truly amazing, but the entire film ends up being a flop. With several critics giving the film a '1' star, it appears that Jayesh would be unable to resurrect Bollywood's box office fortunes.
Apart from waiting for films like kangana Ranaut's Dhakkad and karthik Aryan's Bhool Bhulayya to release, there isn't much bollywood can do this week. Looks like kgf 2 has a bigger advantage currently, with 420+ crores nett already collected from the bollywood box office. bollywood is clearly struggling to breathe and they can't find a way clearly so far and we hope some biggies like prithviraj are the last hope for the hindi film industry right now.
