Young hero Naga Chaitanya has not been in the best phase of his career, as he had two releases this year after a gap of a year, in the form of Shailaja Reddy Alludu and Savyasachi, both of which released with great expectations only to end up as disastrous outings.
However now the actor is pairing with his lucky charm, his loving wife Samantha in their fourth movie together after Ye Maaya Chesave, Auto Nagar Surya and Manam, with Majili, directed by young maker Shiva Nirvana who had last year delivered the feel-good entertainer Ninnukori.
Majili being bankrolled by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, was supposed to have Chay as a cricketer and now it has been revealed that the gorgeous Samantha might be playing a railway clerk, and the movie is all about a couple who are always at loggerheads and how they come over misunderstandings.
