Bollywood handsome hunk Hrithik Roshan had earlier this year made a comeback to form after duds with a performance-oriented role in Super 30, and now he's back in a massy avatar and teaming with another dancing star Tiger Shroff for Siddharth Anand's War. Here's team AP Herald's exclusive first on net review of War.

Indian soldier Kabir (Hrithik Roshan) turns rogue and launches attacks much to the shock of the defense team, and now they assign the task of finishing Kabir to Khalid, who incidentally was trained by Kabir himself. What made Kabir to turn rogue, was Khalid able to catch and eliminate Kabir or did Kabir have the last laugh by emerging victorious in the war of soldiers is what War is all about.

Hrithik Roshan has a mighty persona and his contrasting shades exhibited in different areas of the screenplay. He dances superbly, flexes muscles and sets screens on fire with his uber cool macho act. Tiger Shroff perfectly complements Hrithik as he excels equally in stunts and dances and has competed fairly enough with his terrific Action hero act. Vaani Kapoor oozes oomph in teeny weeny bikinis and sizzles on screen. The rest of the cast including Asutosh Rana, Anupriya Goenka are adequate.

Background score by Sanchit Balhara is pulsating while of Vishal- Shekar's songs, Ghungroo, Jai Jai Shiv Shankar are massy and hum worthy with superb visuals. Benjamin Jasper's cinematography is top-notch, capturing the spectacular action sequences and gives an adrenaline rush with the well-presented chase episodes. Aarif Sheikh's taut editing makes sure War is an engaging and crisp venture.

Director Siddharth Anand is back after the superhit Bang Bang, yet again teaming with Hrithik and this time joining Tiger Shroff as well for more fun. War begins right from the word go and starts with an exciting action episode. Establishing the contrasting nature of the master and the disciple Kabir and Khalid, the first half sets the tempo for a solid action packed second half. The second half is even more massy and has numerous action packed goosebumps moments, and ultimately provides terrific entertainment. Hrithik and Tiger are equally enjoyable with the former leading, and with a massy screenplay from Sridhar Raghavan, Siddharth Anand delivers a knockout entertainer that's sure to set the cash registers ringing and make box office records.
