CM jagan toured the flood-hit areas for two days after facing severe horrific criticisms when he could not care for the people of his own district.
He also visited tirupati, kadapa and nellore districts. However, Jagan's approach surprised everyone.
Authorities have been rushing in since four days before his visit. Victims were told to stand at a great distance and talk in the areas visited.
Barricades were set up and scenes of victims standing in the middle of a collapsed house and talking to jagan in the distance went viral.
Victims in villages washed away due to the annamayya Dam in their own district have also made announcements that they want to selectively keep only a few people around the pre-selected ones.
CM Jagan's visit to tirupati went smoothly. It was thought to be difficult to control the victims there but was matched with only half a trip. He had to review with the authorities but cancelled and left for Nellore.
In nellore, a volunteer guarded every house in the areas visited by cm Jagan. No one at least took care not to shout slogans. Barricades were erected everywhere.
If someone shouts anti-slogans, it will get publicity. Many people did not even come close. Eventually, the tour seemed to be over.
In nellore, however, it was announced that Rs 190 crore would be sanctioned to take some measures to prevent floods. jagan used to sleep with the people when he was the leader of the Opposition.
This raises the question of his previous district tours!!
If the victims are not reassured and if they don't benefit any then the anger against the government will increase.
