Travel freely without cost in these electric buses!!!


The arvind kejriwal government of delhi has given good news to the people of the capital. The delhi government has announced that the people of delhi will be able to travel for free in 150 electric buses for the next three days. arvind kejriwal will flag off these buses on Tuesday.


The delhi government plans to include 1500 buses in its fleet of electric buses in the city. According to information received from delhi government sources, after Tuesday's program, 300 more buses will be added to Delhi's electric buses fleet soon.


Presently there are two bus depots in delhi at Mundela Kalan and rohini Sector 37 which are fully equipped to handle delhi Government's electric buses. Mundela Kalan Electric bus Station is the first of its kind bus station in delhi which is equipped with 32 DC fast EV chargers, four service pits, and two dry pits. It is spread over 4.57 acres of land. Similarly, the Electric bus Depot located in rohini Sector 37 is spread over seven acres of land. There are 48 DC Fast EV Chargers in this depot.

Delhi Transport Corporation's first electric bus was flagged off by Chief Describing the beginning of the era of an environment-friendly public transport system in the capital, chief minister kejriwal had said that the government would buy 2000 electric buses in the coming years. The electric buses procured by the delhi government have ramps for disabled passengers and special pink seats for women passengers. The bus also has CCTV cameras, two-way Central Command and Control Center (CCC), 10 panic buttons, and a hooter on each bus.
