Will Jr NTR ready to take TDP Membership?
Nandamuri Hari Krishna seems to have buried his differences with Telugu Desam Party and his Bother-in-law Chandrababu NaiduThe actor cum politician who was not in good terms with the party since the last elections finally mended his ways and attended the launch event of Telugu Desam Party membership drive that was happened yesterday at NTR Trust Bhavan. Hari Krishna monitored the entire enrollment program and is even one of the first few members who renewed their memberships.
Its known that Harikraishna and Chandrababu were at loggerheads from few days.It all started with Hari Krishna resigning for the Rajya Sabha membership over the Samayikya Andhra issue without the approval of party high command. The rivalry between Chandrababu Naidu and Harikrishna came into the open when the TDP President ignored the latter’s plea for party ticket to contest from Hindupur and instead Balakrishna was chosen as the party nominee. He said some people in the party were making a false propaganda that he did not ask the ticket.Now the elections got completed and utter to harikrishna shock the party came to power and he has no other way except surrendering to Naidu.
After observing Harikrishna at the party office, now most of the TDP leaders and cadre started to wonder whether his son and tollywood hero NTR will take the membership or not. Other side TDP, which is ruling Andhra Pradesh, has set the target to increase the membership to 25-30 lakh by also enrolling members in neighboring Tamil Nadu, Karnataka,Maharashtra and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.Chandrababu's son Nara Lokesh is co-ordinating the membership programme that is currently taken up in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
