Reportedly prime minister narendra modi has said Centre will complete the work to give ownership rights to 40 lakh people living in unauthorized colonies in the national capital with utmost responsibility. When interacting with the members of the Residents Welfare Associations of unauthorized colonies in New delhi, Mr. modi said, his government under the PM Unauthorized Colonies in delhi Aawas Adhikar Yojana, PM-UDAY has granted ownership to the people living in unauthorized colonies.

Furthermore Mr modi said the decision has brought an end to the decades of uncertainty and gives the residents a chance to pursue the dreams of their lives in peace, without any threat of eviction or displacement. Further he promised that very soon a law in this regard will be passed in the Parliament and registration process will start and the Prime minister said, the decision would change the fortune of entire Delhi.



Apparently the prime minister reiterated his government’s resolve to provide a house for all by 2022. Moreover the government has taken several path-breaking steps to remove the uncertainties related to the unauthorized colonies, article 370 and Triple Talaq. Mr modi said, the decisions were taken keeping in mind the motto, Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwaas a move that is estimated to benefit 40 lakh people in the city.
