The agitations by the people of 29 villages in the andhra pradesh capital region amaravati, over the ysrcp government's proposal to shift the capital city from amaravati to visakhapatnam, continued for the 14th day on Tuesday. The people in the region staged dharnas and continued their relay fasts at various villages. A large number of farmers, women, lawyers, students, and farm laborers participated in the agitations opposing the shifting of capital city from here to Visakhapatnam.
janasena President pawan kalyan visited the capital Villages today but he was stopped by the Police. when he is going to Mandhadam village from Krishnapalem via Mangalagiri. police stopped him in Mandadam and asked to directly to Thullur. A battalion of 200 police personnel stopped his convoy with ropes. pawan kalyan got down and started to go on foot.
There was a huge commotion between the police and janasena Supporters. At one stage, pawan kalyan sat on the road in a protest against the Police. They argued why they are being stopped despite taking the police Permission well in advance. Janasainiks have alleged the police to be dancing to the tunes of the Ruling Party.
