Several IT companies in vijayawada are shutting shop one after the other as the state government has put breaks to the incentives for them. These are all bogus startups that have no address or credentials. Many of the companies were inaugurated by nara lokesh, then IT minister for andhra pradesh, to give the impression that he had successfully brought IT to the vijayawada city to bolster his image in the public.

But, most of these companies do not even have websites that reflect their pitiable condition. But they were offered huge incentives which could involve massive corruption. Sources say that as the State government had announced an SIT to look into irregularities of the Chandrababu government, the dummy companies have closed their operations.

Meanwhile, Yellow media started spinning the situation in the favor of tdp saying that investors are going out of andhra pradesh due to the inefficiency of jagan Mohan Reddy's government but the facts are different. The real facts will be put in the public domain when the SIT finishes investigation in these cases. Whenever that happens, the then IT minister, nara lokesh will be in deep soup.
