As the film industry is known for its helping hand always, like how our stars donated during Hudhud times, many are expecting them to take care of Corona hit folks now.
More than donating to telangana and AP's Chief Minister's Relief Fund, it is better to donate that money to Film Chamber and help the daily wage workers of Film industry who are sitting idle with no work to go from the last couple of weeks. They are the most affected families right away and telugu film's biggest stars should immediately react such that their lives will not get toppled. Only if industry biggies could rescue, they will be able to survive this shut down and lockdown mode.
On the other hand, hollywood celebs like Rihanna, Ryan Renolds and Justin Timberlake have donated millions of dollars already for people, but our indian stars, including the A-listers from bollywood, are busy messaging, Instagramming and live-chatting on social media platforms. That's not it, streaming giant Netflix has set up a 100 million dollars (Rs 700 crores roughly) fund for Hollywood's daily wage workers who went jobless due to the shutdown of the film industry in view of the Corona outbreak.
