With the sudden death of Balli Durgaprasad, the tirupati mp from andhra pradesh, by-elections to the tirupati lok sabha seat were inevitable. In the case of andhra pradesh in general, the main competition will be between the ruling ycp and the opposition TDP. But the two bjp janasena parties have been vying with each other since before, saying they have a grip on tirupati and will win if the seat is allotted.

Eventually, under national pressure, pawan kalyan stepped aside and agreed to give the seat to the BJP. However, the bjp, which won the seat with great difficulty, has lagged behind in attacking the YCP. Apart from the andhra pradesh issue, there is a rumor that the bjp is now doing sectarian politics everywhere in the country.

The bjp is not leaving it even in Andhra Pradesh. The bjp is arguing that the spiritual city of tirupati should vote for itself as it has to point out the mistakes being made by the jagan government and ask for votes and that jagan has given the seat to another christian because of the Christians. It is a fact that the people of tirupati as well as the people of the state have been making religious allegations for a long time without publicizing the issue of what kind of development they will make if their candidate is made to laugh.

Even though it is not exactly three days before the elections, there is no change in their attitude. Speaking to media in delhi yesterday, party mp narasimha RAO' target='_blank' title='gvl narasimha rao-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>gvl narasimha rao alleged that his party's national president jp nadda had come to tirupati for the campaign and visited Thirumala Srivastava but Gurumurthy, who is contesting as the tirupati candidate, had not even climbed the tirumala hill so far. Candidates from virtually all parties go to the god they believe in before making a nomination.

Gurumurthy also released some evidence that he had paid the plants to the village goddess in his hometown before he was nominated as a Hindu. But the BJP's argument is that the andhra pradesh chief minister should apologize in this regard as he is not a hindu because he does not have a plant on his back. Similarly, Gurumurthy did not visit tirupati venkanna, so it was up to the bjp leaders to apologize to the BJP.
