Ever since the parliament Monsoon session has begun, the opposition has been creating ruckus due to which the house has been adjourned several times. Taking a note of the repetitive incidents, the government however is likely to move suspension notice against 10 lok sabha MPs after they tore placards and threw papers at the chair during the proceedings on Wednesday.

As per media reports, the Central government will ask Om Birla, the lok sabha Speaker to take action against congress leaders including Manickam Tagore, deepak Baij, AM Ariff, TN Prathapan, Hibi Eden, Gurjeet Singh Aujla, v Vaithilingam, Dean Kuriakose and Jothimani.
 
Opposition protest intensified post noon on wednesday and congress MPs were seen throwing papers at the Chair while protesting against Pegasus snooping and other issues, due to which the house was adjourned for 20 minutes till 12:30 pm. The house proceedings were adjourned for the fifth time because of ruckus by Opposition members. When the Lower house reassembled at three PM, it took up  appropriation bills and supplementary demand for grants which were approved without debate.

Thereafter approval of the appropriation bills, the chair adjourned the house till four pm. In the morning when the lok sabha proceedings started, the house took up Question Hour with disruptions due to continued slogan-shouting by Opposition members. On the other hand, Congress' former president rahul gandhi accused the Central government of "curtailing" the opposition's voice in parliament and said  the Modi government used Pegasus weapon against the people of India.
