On Twitter, congress and the trs have been battling about this for the past few days. According to Rewanth reddy, it has become a drug sanctuary in telangana, particularly in Hyderabad.

 KTR has filed a defamation action against Rewanth reddy for making disparaging statements about him and his family in relation to narcotics that are unrelated to him. The matter was heard in the City Civil Court, which granted an interim injunction prohibiting Rewant reddy from making any charges against KTR.
