The assassination of a Hindu boy in love with a Muslim woman near Vijayapura, Karnataka, was shocking. ravi Nimbaraki (32) comes from Bekkanur, a small town near Alamela in Karnataka's Vijayapura district. For the past three years, he has been in love with a Muslim woman from the same village. The girl's family objected to their relationship. In this scenario, when the woman's wedding plans were finalised in September, ravi went with his parents to speak with the woman's relatives. 

Because he was of a different religion, the girl's parents refused to let her marry him. Also, love appears to be a difficult thing to give up. Despite this, their love blossomed. In this scenario, the woman's cousin ahmed Farik called ravi on his cellphone on the 21st and invited him to attend in person. Later, he was led to a house in the garden, where the woman's relatives assaulted him. Vijayapura police Aid Center was notified by the woman. However, cops did not arrive at the location right away. 

Ravi was discovered dead in a well on the outskirts of town on the 23rd in this scenario. When the cops found out, they took his body and had it autopsied. ravi was strangled to death, according to preliminary inquiry. "The girl's brother, paternal uncle, and five relatives suffocated and tossed her body in the well because ravi Nimbaraki was of a different faith," Vijayapura district Superintendent of police H.D.Anandkumar stated. On the basis of a complaint filed by the woman in question, three persons, including her brother, have been jailed.
