Sameer Wankhede in Trouble: Action directed against sameer Wankhede, NCB did not get concrete evidence against Aryan

After Shah Rukh Khan's son aryan Khan got a clean chit in the high-profile drug discovery case in Mumbai, the head of the NCB, which is probing the case, said that there was not enough evidence against Aryan.

NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) chief SN Pradhan shared information regarding the case of drugs (narcotics) found on a cruise ship in Mumbai. Pradhan said that after all the investigations, we have concluded that out of the initial 20 accused, 14 were charge-sheeted and not six.

Pradhan said that we have got physical and situational evidence against 14 people. Against six we found insufficient evidence which does not satisfy the principle of beyond reasonable doubt which has been reiterated time and again by the supreme court and other courts. Shahrukh Khan's son aryan Khan's name is also included in these six people.

The ncp chief said that physical verification of whatsapp chats is necessary. The courts have made it clear that whatsapp chats in themselves have no significance. Pradhan further said that you can talk about anything on whatsapp but if it is not confirmed by physical evidence then it is not complete proof.

The government has directed the officials concerned to take appropriate action against former NCB officer sameer Wankhede. This direction has been given in connection with the wrong investigation in the drugs case related to aryan Khan, son of film actor Shahrukh Khan. Sources said that the government has already taken action in the case of the fake caste certificate of Wankhede.
