Aruna intimated that she had given Jayadev the freedom to choose any political party he wanted to be a part of. However, the guntur mp reportedly informed the cadre that he might also end his political career. Jayadev apparently felt resentful of the jagan administration's targeting of him due to his management of the Amara raja group of firms. On the grounds that no industry was established there, the government revoked the company's lease on 253 acres of property.
He is still two years from finishing his tenure as an mp, thus he cannot resign from that position right away. Up to that point, he could take advantage of mp privileges. He hasn't participated in party activities in a while, and he hasn't even gone to any of the parliamentary party meetings. Additionally, Jayadev has ceased visiting guntur and was not present for the party's Mahanadu celebration in Ongole. According to a source, "He is entirely focused on restoring the Amara raja group, which suffered greatly owing to harassment by the jagan government."
