Y S sharmila, the head of the ysr telangana party and the sister of andhra pradesh chief minister Y S jagan Mohan Reddy, left for New delhi on Thursday. She was taking a vacation from her protracted padayatra in Telangana. The telangana rashtra samithi government, led by chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao, is accused of significant corruption in the kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP), according to a YSRTP spokesperson who claimed she will be meeting with several Union ministers to file a complaint.

The spokesman stated that sharmila would hold a news conference at telangana Bhavan in the afternoon where she would expose the corruption in the kcr administration and talk about YRSTP's goals for Telangana. However, there are rumours that sharmila may meet with prominent bjp figures, including as Union home minister amit shah, to examine the likelihood of an agreement with the party in the upcoming elections.

Even though she has been criticising the trs leaders and the kcr government, she has recently shown signs of softening her stance toward the BJP. According to reports, it is therefore not surprising that sharmila will want to form an alliance with the bjp in the upcoming elections. Though the local bjp officials in andhra pradesh are bringing all kinds of accusations against him to establish their legitimacy, it should be noted that jagan already enjoys solid relations with the bjp national leadership.
