Aftab, a resident of Gola Kuan in Meerut's Kotwali police station area, had gone to attend a wedding ceremony in Noornagar with his wife Isha Parveen. After the wedding, he was returning home in an e-rickshaw. His wife kept jewellery worth five lakhs in her big purse and left the purse in the e-rickshaw. When he reached home, he remembered that the purse was left in the e-rickshaw. The whole family was shocked. They searched for the e-rickshaw driver here and there, but could not find him. The whole family was worried because the purse contained gold jewellery worth five lakhs.
The victim Aftab complained about this matter in the city police station. He told the entire matter to SO Kotwali Yogendra Kumar. SO Kotwali Yogendra Kumar is considered an expert in surveillance. They immediately formed two teams for this, but this task was not so easy, because there are thousands of e-rickshaws in meerut and which was that e-rickshaw in which the jewellery purse was left. This task was like finding a needle in a haystack. For this, the police started searching the CCTVs but were not getting any success. But the e-rickshaw driver was seen in one camera and after that the police searched 100 CCTVs and the matter was settled.
The e-rickshaw driver had kept the bag carefully
The city police station of meerut reached Summer Garden while searching the CCTVs. When the photo of the e-rickshaw driver was shown, people told the name as ahmed Ali. After this, the police directly reached ahmed Ali's house. The e-rickshaw driver got nervous on seeing the police. Immediately said, Sir, I have the purse, it is kept carefully, I have not taken out any jewellery and the purse is kept as it was brought. After this, the police reached the police station with the e-rickshaw driver and the purse.
