Every year on Shri krishna Janmashtami, Shri krishna devotees decorate the tableau of Kanha in their homes. On this tableau, Lord Krishna's child form Laddu Gopal is installed or his statue is placed. After observing the fast for the whole day, special worship is done at midnight.
