Many reports have been spreading online, that bcci has banned Beef and Pork foods for indian Cricketers in their diet. Arun Dhumal, Board of Control treasurer slashed those rumors about the 'halal' diet for the indian team. They said that these rules have not been made by the bcci to the players or any staff working here. They have full freedom to eat what they want.

A few days back, many rumors were spreading that bcci has set a rule to stop eating pork and beef in their diet in any form. The rumors were such that the bcci has made the players of the indian cricket team eat meat only if it's 'halal'. Dhumal has issued saying that bcci has not given the players any diet regarding meat in it. It has not given any instructions to the staff and players on what they should eat and what not to eat.
The rumors are baseless says Dhumal to the news reporters. The players can choose what they want to eat and nothing has been enforced on them. This diet plan has not been discussed till now and is fully wrong said Dhumal. These rumors had started a big outrage on social media and people started to throw words at the BCCI.
