This year 74 matches were played. There will be 74 matches in the next 2023 and 2024. But it has been decided to hold 84 matches in 2025 and 2026.
Following this, it has been decided to hold 94 matches for the 5th year in 2027, the new peak. If this happens each team will clash 2 times in the league round. Accordingly, a total of 410 matches are being considered for the next 5 years.Domestic companies such as reliance Viacom, Star Sports, Sony, and Zee Network are vying for broadcasting rights. World-renowned companies like amazon and google will also be participating in the race.
