Defamation notice against Pakistani Player shoaib akhtar

The fight between the Former Pakistani Player Shoaib Aktar and pakistan television Corporation(PTV) has been in the recent buzz. The tv Channel has sent a 100 million Defamation case to the cricketer on Sunday. According to the reports, the player has resigned from the PTV channel on airs which caused them more financial loss and also is a big violation of norms. As per the agreement, both sides have the right to stop the bond after serving a three months notice period or have to pay it off. But, Shoaib Aktar has resigned from the channel on air on october 29th, 2021 which is included in the notice. It is also stated that he also left to watch IPL in dubai without any prior notice to the management.

                   He also appeared on an indian tv channel with former indian Cricketer Harbajan Singh which also causes comparable loss to their company. The PTV Management has asked Aktar for an amount of 100million which is equivalent to three months' salary or they would proceed with a legal complaint. This issue started when Aktar walked out from a live show for his disagreement with the co-host Nauman Niaz. The video of their fight has been breaking social media. Nauman has called Akhtar to be rude and over-smart in the news channel live telecast.
