You cannot use Dhoni..! bcci gives a twist to CSK..?

The indian team can play in foreign leagues if they want after withdrawing from all kinds of agreements with bcci like domestic cricket, and IPL. But even if you retire from international cricket and play in IPL, you cannot play in foreign leagues. That is the rule of BCCI. With the new south africa t20 League and uae t20 League, the IPL team owners have bought the teams participating in those t20 leagues. CSK, which plays in the South African t20 League series, has bought the johannesburg team, the cape town team by the mumbai Indians, the Durban team by the lucknow Supergiants, the St. George Park team by the Sunrisers, the Paarl team by the rajasthan Royals, and the Pretoria team by the delhi Capitals. Therefore, the IPL teams wanted to use the members of their teams in the IPL for these series.
