The new year 2022 started with new opportunities. This year is very special for employees. 



A recent survey has revealed that despite the corona pandemic, the indian workforce is very optimistic about the future and that 82 per cent of professionals are considering changing jobs.

The survey was conducted by LinkedIn. However, according to a report released on the basis of this survey, this year will see a big change in the job market. 



Those who want to change jobs range from freshers to experienced professionals. The survey included the views of 1,111 experts across the country and based on this, a detailed report was prepared and released.



Good work culture

However, the survey revealed that 30 per cent of people are out of balance in their work life, 28 per cent are inadequate income and 23 per cent are thinking of leaving their current job for a new job for career growth. 



Indian experts say that when looking for new jobs in the new year, having a good work culture is their top priority.



Question on performance

Nearly 94 per cent of freshers want to change jobs in 2022, while 87 per cent of Generation Z professionals say they have decided to change jobs. According to the survey, 71 per cent of professionals say their work capacity is now being questioned more than ever before by the corona epidemic. 



That’s why they decided to switch jobs. 63% of people say they suffer from Imposter Syndrome because of their job.



Impact on faith due to corona epidemic

Thirty per cent of experts believe that the corona has affected their self-esteem and has a bad effect on self-confidence. 40% are upset by the lack of support from their colleagues or team leaders in the workplace. 



34% of employees are not comfortable taking on new responsibilities. Another important thing that was revealed in this survey is that 31% of the professionals who want to change jobs are not able to adjust themselves to the new technologies.
