Actor Suriya was last seen in the action-thriller Kaappaan helmed by KV anand and his next release is gonna be the sudha Kongara directorial soorarai pottru, which is the biopic of air Deccan founder GR Gopinath set to release in Summer.
After the release of soorarai pottru, Suriya is set to kick start his 39th movie joining hands with director hari after successful outings such as Aaru, Vel, Singam 1, Singam 2 and Si 3 and this movie will be a family mass entertainer.
While initially there were speculations that malavika mohanan might be the second female lead of Suriya 39 by hari the new buzz is that rashmika mandanna who's debuting in kollywood with Karthi's sultan might replace malavika Mohanan. Already the team confirmed raashi khanna as one of the female leads. The makers also revealed that they have titled the movie as 'Aruvaa' and the shooting for the movie will begin at once the Corona Pandemic gets subsided. Suriya currently has 'Soorarai Pottru' gearing up for a release and the promotions are underway despite the current situation.
