According to UnearthInsight, the attrition rate is expected to be 17-19% in the second half of fiscal 2022.

Bad at Cognizant

Cognizant reported a 33% increase in its appraisal rate in the september quarter compared to other companies.

At the same time, the inflation rate of Infosys has gone up to 20%. The attrition rate of the same HCL technology has increased to 15.7%.

However, there is some comfort in the fact that TCS, the country's first IT company, has an attrition rate of 15.7%.

Although it appears to be lower compared to other companies, it was 8.6% in the first quarter. It can be seen that the attrition rate continues to increase despite the low.
