The comments made by Rajamouli’s father vijayendra prasad in a recent interview regarding his inter caste marriage has become viral in the social media. On the other hand, it seemed that he intentionally reveled about his inter caste marriage now. If we go into the details:
vijayendra prasad worked as a writer for the movies like Samara simha Reddy, Simhadri, etc. He gave stories to the movies which were directed by Rajamoouli and along with this, he himself directed the movies like Rajanna, Srivalli, etc. But he wasn’t that successful as a director. Eventhough they are making movies irrespective of religions and castes, some fans raises the topics about the castes and religions of technicians, actors sometimes. Still it is rare that the celebrities directly mentioning about the castes and expressing their personal issues.
But in the recent interview given by vijayendra prasad, he said that he belongs to Chowdary community. His was a love marriage and his wife belongs to Kapu community. But he didn’t know this at the time of his marriage. Later he used to hear her saying our chiranjeevi and asked her about that. Then her caste was revealed. He said that his wife was in coma for 6 months and it was a great relief for him that she died after watching Bahubali. However, many appreciates vijayendra prasad who talked openly about the castes.
