Section 144 imposed till january 2!!!
The administration has put some limits in place in the interest of maintaining law and order in the coming New year. Uttar Pradesh's gautam Budh nagar Administration (Noida Administration) has now imposed Section-144 till the new year i.e. till january 2, 2023. The administration has taken this decision keeping in view the festive season and important days.
Under 144, now 5 or more people will not be able to stand and talk at one place. Regarding this, the noida police Commissionerate has said that strict action will be taken by the administration on the violation of the rules. Earlier such restrictions have been implemented in Mumbai.
In the order of the administration, strict information has been given regarding this decision. According to the order, Section 144 has been implemented in gautam Buddha nagar from 5/12/2022 to 2/1/2023 in view of upcoming festivals and important days. Restrictions will not apply to emergency services and on-duty policemen or paramilitary forces, everyone else will have to follow the restrictions.
These things will be banned
According to the order of the police administration, there will be a complete ban on these things in Noida.
Prohibition on public gathering of more than 5 people.
Processions will be banned.
Bursting of crackers is prohibited.
Prohibition on use of loudspeaker.
Music band banned in the procession.
Prohibition on social gatherings without permission.
These things won't be subject to any limitations
Marriage ceremony.
Funeral meetings and processions on the way to cemeteries/graveyards.
PVR Theater.
Assembly of people in or near courts and offices.
Assemblies in or near schools, colleges and other educational institutions for educational activities.
