Zuckerberg said that a blue tick can be obtained by paying a fixed amount.

Mark Zuckerberg wrote in a facebook post, 'This week we are launching Meta Verified, which is a subscription service. Which will allow you to verify your account along with a government ID card. Zuckerberg says that without a government ID, no one will be able to get their account verified. In addition, further fee must be paid in order to be verified on the web and iOS platforms.

Zuckerberg said that the new changes in facebook are to increase the vitality and security of our services. Now users will be able to get Blue Tick, protection against fake accounts with same ID and direct access to customer support by paying.

While announcing the Meta Verified service, mark zuckerberg told how much amount would have to be spent for Blue Tick. Zuckerberg told in his post that $ 11.29 (i.e. Rs 992.36) per month for web-based verified and $ 14.99 (Rs 1240.65) will have to be paid every month for this service on iOS.
