Prime minister Narendra Modi visited Bandipur and Mudumalai tiger Reserve in karnataka today to mark the completion of 50 years of Project Tiger. prime minister Narendra Modi enjoyed the safari in the tiger Reserve and also took photographs. congress has not liked this visit of prime minister Modi. The congress is criticizing the bharatiya janata party (BJP) government regarding the tiger Project and praising former prime minister Indira Gandhi.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has raised questions on PM Modi's visit to Mudumalai tiger Reserve. He has tweeted on Twitter, 'Today PM will take full credit for Project tiger, launched 50 years ago in Bandipur. They will make a lot of spectacles while all the laws made to protect the environment, forest, wildlife and tribals living in forest areas are being demolished. He may grab headlines but the reality is quite the opposite.
