Predicting heart attack and Stroke in advance...

If you want to avoid fatal diseases, then you should get some tests done on a regular basis (Medical Test for Health). These tests become even more important in winter because the risk of heart attack or stroke doubles in this season.

If you are struggling with problems like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood sugar or blood thickness, then cold can be very dangerous for you and you have to be very cautious in this season.

At what age should cardiac checkups be done?

For information about heart function, cardiovascular tests should be started from the age of 20 years. This will reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and you will be able to know about these diseases ahead of time. From the age of 20, every two to four years, along with heart check-ups, some tests should be started. On the other hand, if you are a patient with high cholesterol, bp, and sugar, then you should keep getting heart tests done every six months and some blood tests in 2 to 3 months.

If you want to avoid the risk of heart attack and stroke, then definitely do this test

Blood pressure

High and low blood pressure both are harmful. Both are at risk of heart attack and stroke. Therefore, if you are 20 years old, then you should get your bp checked every six months and if you are 40 years old and you do not have bp disease, then you should get your bp checked every three months.

ECG

ECG should be done from the age of twenty and once in two years. At the same time, every year after 40 and if there is heart disease, cholesterol and bp, then it should be done every six months. If you ever feel any problem in the heart, then you can get ECG done.

Thyroid

The thyroid profile should also be checked from the age of 20. Although the problem of thyroid also occurs in children, then if there is a problem then it can be done at any age. If you are a thyroid patient, you should have a profile check every six months. Explain that thyroid can also increase the risk of bp, heart attack and stroke.
