Since last 7 years she fights with Kadapa Ex-mayor Ravindranath Reddy directly in land grabbing issue. Neeraja who make a complaint against illegal construction of Kadapa ex-Mayor in GHMC and in Court and finally won the case. As per court directions, GHMC officials destroy the Ravindranath Reddy house in Jubilee Hills today amid high security.
Neeraja told that land was grabbed by Ravindranath Reddy illegally and was supported by GHMC officials and former Collector Naveen Mittal. GHMC officials can’t hear their plea and supported Ravindranath Reddy. In 2010, this building was regularized with fine by GHMC officials. After that she decided to go for legal battle to get back her property.
Neeraja told to the media that she went to YS Jagan many times for justice. After long time Jagan and Sunil Reddy suggest her to go for legal battle on the property. Neeraja make a satire at them “I proceed as per Jagan suggestion for legal battle”. Finally court supports Neeraja and ordered GHMC officials to topple illegal construction of Kadapa Ex-Mayor Ravindranath Reddy at Jubilee Hills. Thanks to Indian Constitution for providing equal justice for all.
