Attacks against the aam aadmi party administration in delhi have been made by conman Sukesh chandrasekhar, who claims Satyendra Jain, the party's leader, is conducting an extortion ring out of Tihar prison. The incarcerated conman has now claimed the AAP threatened him while he was in custody. Sukesh chandrasekhar claimed in a recent letter to delhi Lieutenant governor VK Saxena that he is receiving threats within the Mandola jail on behalf of the AAP. Additionally, he said that CRPF officers beat and assaulted him inside the jail.

Chandrasekhar said that the CRPF personnel's assault had seriously damaged his genitalia. The conman is requesting that the delhi LG move him and his wife to a jail outside of the capital since he claims that he has been beaten as a result of repeated threats from the AAP administration. The conman's attorney acknowledged these wounds and claimed chandrasekhar had received medical attention at Guru Teg Bahadur and ram Manohar Lohia Hospitals, where he was instructed to wear a scrotal support to lessen swelling.

The conman, who was imprisoned in connection with a fraud case involving 200 crore rupees, claims that AAP leaders have been pressing and threatening him to drop his complaint against Satyendra Jain, a party leader who is accused of extorting 50 crore rupees from the conman. In earlier letters, Sukesh chandrasekhar claimed that Satyendra Jain had demanded Rs 10 crores from the con man as "protection money" when the con man was being held in the Tihar Jail. Additionally, chandrasekhar said that he later offered Jain Rs 50 crores in exchange for a party post in South India.
