The new pass-keys feature works on Chrome desktop as well as mobile. However, this requires your PC to be updated to Windows 11 and macOS.

iPhone already has nearby feature
This new way of password sync with google Password Manager so you don't have to worry about password in new phone. This password can be easily transferred from old to new phone.
