Personal data of 40 million twitter users, such as email, usernames, followers, and phone numbers, has been put up for sale on the dark web, according to a Hudson Rock report. A few months ago, twitter, which is controlled by Elon Musk, suffered a data breach involving more than 5.4 million users. The data breach is being investigated by Ireland's Data Protection Authority. The hacker who stole the data is said to have made an offer to twitter CEO Elon Musk. This hacker claimed that the data of more than 400 million users has been stolen through a technical glitch in the dark web website Hockers Twitter.Plus twitter or Elon Musk, if you're reading this post, you're at risk of GDPR fines for leaking the data of over 54 million users.
