The family of famous actor sivaji ganesan from kollywood is embroiled in a significant property dispute. Daughters of sivaji ganesan accuse their brothers of cheating, therefore the offspring of the actor decide to go to court over property division. Four kids total: two sons (Prabhu and Ramkumar) and two girls (Shanti and Rajvi) for sivaji Ganesan. sivaji ganesan owned a number of famous buildings. Children are competing with one another for inheritance. Actor Prabhu and producer ramkumar are the targets of a legal lawsuit brought by Shanti and Rajvi in the madras high court for defrauding them of their rightful inheritance.

Rajvi Govindarajan and Shanti Narayanaswamy claim that their brothers misappropriated and sold their parents' property. Both daughters have argued that they have an equal claim to all the possessions under the Hindu Succession Act. All four of the daughters' offspring are eligible for a quarter portion of each property. The daughters claimed that Prabhu and ramkumar had fraudulently obtained 8 kg of gold and 500 kg of silver jewellery.

The girls claimed that their brothers had stolen their 82 Crore rupee portion of the renowned Shanthi theatre. sivaji Ganesan's daughters claimed that his property will is "fake" and that the brothers stole their father's signatures from the general power of attorney. Prabhu Ganesan, his son vikram Prabhu, producer Ramkumar, and his sons Dushyant ramkumar were named as defendants by Sivaji's daughters. sivaji ganesan died in 2001, while his wife Kamala passed away in 2007.

Superstar sivaji ganesan appeared in more than 300 films, including ones in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The daughters of sivaji pursued an inheritance dispute and petitioned the madras high court almost 20 years after Sivaji's passing. They have requested the court to halt property purchases and declare any earlier sales to be invalid. More information is awaited.
