Antony john decided to make an electric car for commuting from his home to his office. The distance between his home and office is 30 km. Earlier, he was using an electric scooter for commuting. But he wanted an electric car, which would also protect him from the sun and rain. There was no such option available in the market at that time.
In the year 2018, Antony started making electric cars from scrap. He contacted a workshop to make the body of the car. He got a battery, motor, and wiring support from a vendor in Delhi. He himself completed the electrical work related to the car. Due to the Corona epidemic, he was also late in completing the work of making the car. After this, an electric car was prepared. Two people can sit comfortably in it. But in the beginning, the battery capacity was very high, due to which the car could not go very far.
After the lockdown opened, when he contacted the expert, he upgraded the battery of the car. After installing the new battery, his electric car can now cover a distance of 60 km. Now he goes to the office every day in this electric car and his daily expenditure on this is only 5 rupees.
