The case involving an alleged attempt to poach four Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLAs has taken an odd turn since the telangana high court turned the issue over to the Central Bureau of Investigation. Due to his overzealousness in exposing the bharatiya janata party leadership, the BRS leaders are now concerned that the case may tighten the noose around none other than the chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao.

The critical question of how the investigative materials, including the videos, audios, and other papers pertaining to the interaction between the MLAs and the three accused, reached the chief minister was questioned by high court judge B Vijaysen reddy in his ruling. The judge noted that the Special Investigation Team officials were unable to provide an explanation for who had provided the chief minister with the material. Even Pilot Rohit reddy, who reported kcr to the police at Moinabad, pretended to be unaware of how kcr had access to the records.

The Center now has a weapon thanks to this. In order to determine how the material got to the chief minister, the cbi will now begin questioning the BRS MLAs. If they don't respond, the cbi may even summon the chief minister to testify over how he obtained the material. "The police or the MLAs must have provided the evidence. The cbi will therefore inquire as to why kcr authorised a sting operation against the bjp MLAs. Finally, it will end up being a huge issue for the BRS, according to sources. Santosh stated on thursday that people who levelled accusations against him would be held accountable.
