One of the main issues in andhra pradesh politics for some now has been kapu reservations. Pawan Kalyan, the leader of janasena, recently made a comment about the same. This government is ignorant and careless (YCP). They don't have a fundamental understanding of social issues, Pawan added. "I met with Ex-Minister Chegodi hari Rama Jogaiah on the Kapu reserve," the janasena head continued.

I informed him that we may obtain the Kapu reservation in several ways. Pawan declared that he would employ his knowledge and skills to win Kapu reserves. If janasena can capitalize on the enormous strength of the Kapu voting base in andhra pradesh, it might be quite beneficial for the Pawan Kalyan-led party.

It may be recalled that Pawan Kalyan's devastating defeat in both of the constituencies from which he ran during the last elections was brought on by the splitting of Kapu votes. Three Kapu leaders—Bonda Uma of the TDP, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, a former minister, and Kanna Lakshminarayana, a former state president of the BJP—met for dinner a month ago and allegedly planned an action plan for strengthening the political identity of the Kapus. However, there were no reports on the meeting's results that were held behind closed doors.
