World hindi Day 2023: History-Theme!!!


For those who speak hindi and are connected to it, january 10 is a very meaningful day. World hindi Day is observed on this day, and for that reason. On january 10, 2006, the indian government declared that day to be World hindi Day.

World hindi Day is celebrated with a lot of fanfare by indian embassies all around the world on this day. One of the languages spoken by the greatest number of people worldwide is Hindi. Other nations that speak this language outside india include Guyana, Suriname, Nepal, Mauritius, Trinidad & Tobago, and Fiji.

World hindi Day 2023: History

The first hindi Diwas gathering took place in Nagpur, Maharashtra, on january 10, 1974. 122 participants from 30 different nations took part in this meeting, which was on an international scale. This conference was organised to promote and propagate Hindi. Since that time, World hindi Day has been observed on january 10th. Later, World hindi Day was commemorated for the first time by the indian Embassy of the european nation of Norway.

World hindi Day 2023: Theme 

The indian government announces a topic for World hindi Day each year. 

Even if it doesn't require giving up one's native tongue, this year's theme is "To make hindi a part of public opinion."

Hindi Diwas on september 14

India observes hindi Diwas on september 14. The day was first observed shortly after independence. The Constituent assembly approved hindi written in Devanagari script as the nation of India's official language on september 14, 1946. The government of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the then-prime minister, declared september 14 to be hindi Day in the Parliament. On september 14, 1953, the first National hindi Day was formally observed.
