100% stamp duty exemption for women entrepreneurs..!?

 Under the Private Industrial Parks Development Scheme, the state has given a 100 percent stamp duty exemption to women entrepreneurs who purchase or lease industrial land. If the owner of both properties is the same person, it provides 100 percent exemption from stamp duty to buyers of buildings and associated land for the development of heritage hotels.
