Raj Kundra, shilpa Shetty's spouse, and an entrepreneur was released on bail on monday (September 20), 2 months after his imprisonment in the pornographic racketeering case. Raj, along with 13 others, was apprehended on July 18. raj was freed on a bond surety of Rs 52,000, according to news agency ANI. “In the obscenity case, a mumbai court granted parole to entrepreneur and actress shilpa Shetty's spouse raj Kundra on a guarantee of Rs 52,000,” ANI said.

A courtroom in mumbai has also released on bail to raj Kundra's assistant and co-accused Ryan Thorpe. Kundra had already filed a bail application, but it was denied by the bombay High Court. After a division bench denied his preparatory bail application in August, he petitioned the bombay High Court, which gave him interim injunction from custody for a week. raj was recently charged with a supplemental charge sheet in the pornographic case by mumbai Police's crime section.

The 1500-page criminal complaint included the testimonies of 44 eyewitnesses, including Shilpa, according to the information given by mumbai police on Thursday. The charge sheet also listed the names of two people who were wanted in connection with the case. Raj, along with 11 other people, was detained by police on July 19 on charges of allegedly making pornographic videos.
