The banjara hills police arrested senior YSRCP politician and entrepreneur prasad V Potluri, often known as PVP, for encroaching on his neighbor's land and menacing them with his 'goons.' The lawsuit was filed after a complaint by Shruthi reddy, the daughter of bjp senior politician dharmavaram Kottam Aruna. 

According to the police, the victim DK shruti Reddy, 41, a homeowner of Road Number 7, banjara hills, reported that on january 16, a guy named Balaji, together with other PVP thugs, harassed and intimidated her and her family over their society's public compound wall. shruti Reddy went the police and submitted a complaint stating that the YSRCP leader and a few others had threatened her family, according to the police.
