Nair's thugs misplace a valuable Faberge egg worth two hundred crores. Anupama (Priyamani) is a homemaker who keeps a close check on everything going on around her. Her sleuthing instincts get her into conflict with her roommates. The thriller's central concept is how the egg arrives at Anupama's apartment and how she becomes caught in the murder and mystery that follows.

Bhama Kalapam's soul is Priyamani. The film would not be what it is now if it weren't for her. She gives the part a sense of urgency and theatrical flare that keeps our attention. It is critical to the success of the film. She effortlessly combines her housewife identity with that of a small-time investigator. The stress as well as the confidence to proceed under duress are clearly represented. Priyamani's performance as Anupama is one of her most memorable roles in recent years, and if the film succeeds, we may see more of her in the future.

Bhama Kalapam is directed by Abhimanyu. It's a thriller with a dash of criminality and dark humour thrown in for good measure. The introduction doesn't exactly inspire confidence and has an unprofessional feel to it. They could have been more dramatically performed, whether it was the introductory religious monologue or the amusing dispute inside a van. However, the goal is accomplished, and we understand the significance of the 'egg.' We are gradually drawn into the storey as the character of Anupama and her universe (located in an apartment) are introduced. Her personality and the use of a window as a motif in her storey are both excellent.

The narrative is carefully constructed from the initial busting of suspicion to actually being at the scene of a murder. The numerous individuals, as well as the ambiance of a typical flat, are all well-executed. The plot begins when Anupama becomes entangled in a murder mystery, and a police inquiry follows. Because the storey takes place over the course of a day or two, the whole thing could fall flat if a solid screenplay isn't written. As a result, the tiny moments have more impact, and the background score heightens the drama. One is truly interested in seeing how Anupama gets herself out of the situation she has found herself in.

The murder mystery's setup and take-off, as well as the thrills involved with it, are excellent. However, when it comes to surviving and catching the perpetrator, the storey takes some liberties. They're done well enough, however some bizarre scenarios lead to plot holes. Some things just happen without anyone batting an eyelid.

Overall, A Perfect Entertaining Crime Comedy, you shouldn't miss!
