acharya, a film starring chiranjeevi and ram charan that has been delayed many times because to the Covid-19 outbreak, will finally hit theatres on april 29th. ram charan responds to the fact that acharya will not be released in hindi, despite the success of Pushpa, rrr, and kgf chapter 2 at the box office. The movie is not releasing on other languages and there are talks about hindi release alone with Pen movies, but that idea also dropped.
"Director koratala siva garu has been quite explicit since he started acharya," Charan remarked of the film's refusal to be released in hindi and the North. The movie is supposed to be set in the South. It's now far too short. We didn't want to rush into making a Pan-India picture. We don't have any regrets." However, inside reports revealed that if acharya got a release it would be a Puppy shame as Vijay's Beast was a washout in Northern areas.
