For the forthcoming himachal pradesh assembly elections, which are set for november 12, the bjp has announced their platform. If elected, the bjp government, according to the party, will implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the state. As he introduced the party's platform, JP Nadda, the party's national president, stated, "A committee of experts will be created for the purpose, and UCC will be implemented in the state on the basis of their recommendations.


In Shimla, Nadda unveiled the manifesto alongside Jairam Thakur, the state party chairman, suresh Kashyap, Union minister Anurag Thakur, and other attendees. Nadda declared the manifesto (Sankalp Patra) on 11 commitments "This "Sankalp Patra" is supported by 11 promises. These commitments would advance religious tourism, deliver fairness to government employees, empower youth and farmers, and strengthen horticulture. They will also bring uniformity to society."

• Five brand-new medical schools. Every assembly district will see a doubling of the number of mobile clinics, allowing residents of remote locations to receive medical care.

According to Nadda, the bjp will undertake a survey, Waqf properties will be inspected legally by a judicial body, and their illegitimate uses will end.

• A 33% reserve for women in public employment.

• Female students in grades 6 through 12 will receive bicycles; those pursuing higher education will receive scootys.
