In the meantime, the US declared that in order to provide aid to Gaza, they are aggressively seeking a rapid ceasefire.

As the attack rages, the health Ministry in Gaza, operated by Hamas, reports that over 9,400 Palestinians have lost their lives in the region. At least 140 people have died in fighting between israel and Hamas in the West Bank.
